It’s you, and sometimes it’s your luck. Some people are lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time.

But for most others, it is about increasing the chance of luck. If you are not ready enough to increase your chances of getting lucky, you are only to blame.

Why is it so? Because the first requirement of audio success is audio quality. If your audio quality is not good enough, then you need to be immensely lucky to become successful.

You have to have a good enough connection with a big production house where:

1. They recognize your talent

2. They take care of audio quality.

Otherwise, this responsibility will always be upon you. If you think about pro quality or high-quality audio, it is a 100% technical thing.

It is also one of the most linear tasks you have ever encountered. It is a step-by-step process that you must know and execute.

There are no shortcuts or other complications in the process. For example, in video editing or graphics design, you have to learn the software and use your imagination or graphics sense.

Audio editing is about how good your audio sounds. And all the things that make you sound good are purely technical and step-by-step things.

You can’t skip, you can’t hope for magic. That’s why the blame for failure falls on you.

Okay, so we have established who to blame. But what does it mean?

That means you need to work so you can no longer be blamed. The way is to learn systematically and improve in the areas where you are not up to the mark.

The learning and execution can follow one of the strategies or mix of both.

1. Given that you have infinite time, you will learn only from free resources. It will be a lie if I tell you that free resources do not cover everything. In this fast-paced digital world, everything you need to learn exists for free. With the advent of AI, the internet is flooded with free information. However, the main issue with free information is that it takes lots of time to put everything together. As you are doing everything on your own, a lot of trial and error is involved. If time is not an issue, you never need to pay for some secret formula. Everything is available, and you can learn from there (for some people, it may take 5 years, for some 10, and for some 100, but you eventually get there if you stick to it)

2. You consult with an expert in the field. This is the fastest way. Because the expert knows what bits are important in this flood of free information. The expert can show you your mistakes and give specific solutions that you need. However, an expert will not do this for free. An expert will charge you in exchange for their courses, training, or whatever service they offer. But I can say you will benefit from such a service; the cost is nothing compared to the benefit. You will decrease your time investment tenfold by taking such help from experts. If something requires 10 years at your current skill level, you will do that under 1 year. If something requires 10 months for you to do, you will do that in 1 month. Obviously, I would recommend myself to go to an expert, but you can take this help from anyone you like. Because it is impossible to fake your expertise in this technical sector. I am saying this as you can see lots of fakegurue with AI money-making or other kinds of stuff nowadays. But in this sector, no one can give you such fake hope.
