Instead of guessing, he watched the results (like shortlists) and improved the exact thing that moved the numbers.

4) He upgraded his recording space.

5) He focused on clarity and presence.
He fixed the “mumbling conversational” problem and learned to sound conversational with energy.

That’s the part most people miss:
