Cut your editing time to half in Audacity
Sometimes Post-Processing a voice recording takes too much time. If it takes too much time to edit and clean-up, then you missed a trick during recording.
Post-processing can be divided into 2 set of task: applying some audio effects and removing some unwanted parts.
This post is about removing the unwanted parts. There can be several reasons that some parts need to be removed before finalizing.
The cause can be a sudden background noise or may be you had to repeat a word or sentence.
During recording, you should never repeat a word. If you make any mistake on a word, repeat the whole sentence.
If you repeat words during recording, it would take too much time to scan through the problematic word.
But if you repeat a sentence, you would immediately know that the whole part has to be deleted and a full sentence is following next.
